This modern beach condo project was featured in the March 2018 issue of Coastal Homes magazine for the minimal approach for providing the biggest impact for upgrading the kitchen, bathrooms, lighting and flooring.

Oil rubbed bronze shower fixtures and ceiling mounted shower head. White subway tile was specified for the side walls of the shower. A shower bench for seating and hidden drain as also included in the design.
