FULL HOME RENOVATION
Intended for clients who want a big change! This is a large-scale multi-layered package that will transform your home with a design plan tailor-fit just for you by our design team. Together we will discuss and outline your vision and wish list which is the basis of your design plan.
This package involves spatial floor plans to re-configure interior and exterior living spaces for your lifestyle. We develop a comprehensive set of design intent drawings for the construction team for budget planning. Upon request Paschall Design provides a complete set of plans for city permit approvals. We have a team of engineering consultants. and will manage all aspects of the design process for the majority or totality of a home (i.e. large-scale renovations and new builds). Our holistic approach to the entire design of your home ensures that we provide design and project management services through all phases of the project, from initial design concepts, through construction design documents, ordering, tracking and fulfillment of all products, and be there for final install.

PARTIAL HOME CONSTRUCTION
For smaller-scale remodeling projects, such as kitchen or bathroom design and do not need construction oversight. We give you a full makeover with new layouts, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and finish selections and all the necessary details to bring your project to life with your contractor. If you are not looking for new cabinetry, no problem, we can come up with creative ways to refresh each area of your home.

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN
This design package is intended for clients that want a comprehensive transformation and need a vision for designing a floor plan layout and sourcing furnishings & decor. This service is ideal for comprehensive full home and single room makeovers.
While this service does not offer any construction design recommendations, renderings and drawings for built architectural elements, they are always available for an additional fee for you to execute a renovation yourself.
If you are local to Southern California, we will perform the install and styling of your home. If you are remote, we will handle all purchasing and delivery on your behalf for you to self-install, or we can arrange furniture delivery and professional styling and installation services for an additional travel fee.

NOTE: All furniture & decor is sourced exclusively from our Clutch Modern Shop online and in-store. Additional fees apply for showroom visits with clients and space planning services for the few products that are not sold by Clutch Modern.

HOME DESIGN STYLIST
This design package is intended for clients who have most of their furnishings in place, but need assistance from an expert stylist in taking home project to the finish line. We curate a selection of accent furniture to seamlessly blend styles for an elevated new refreshed look that our clients love. This service is not limited to a single-space and includes all rooms that need their finishing touches to complete the look!
We charge a $500 upfront fee that can then be applied to your Clutch Modern purchase of $2,500 or more and cannot be combined with any other offers. Please see "What's Included" in the Home Design Stylist package for more information and get going on scheduling your virtual design package today.
If you are local to Southern California, we offer In-person installs & final styling services that are billed separately depending on what is needed at the time of install. If you are remote, we will handle all purchasing and provide an itemized list with locations to self-install, or for an additional fee, we can arrange a professional styling day and come to you.
